Why we built Cooler
Built inside a real service business.
Cooler started inside a working exterior-services company in the Midwest. Leads lived in a phone’s text messages, estimates were typed into one app, the schedule lived in another, and invoices in a third. Every job meant copying the same name and address four times.
The big field-service platforms could fix that, but they were built for companies with a full-time office staff and priced to match. So we built the tool we wanted: one place that follows a job from the first call to the paid invoice, simple enough that the whole crew actually uses it.
Today Cooler helps small crews turn more leads into signed jobs and spend less time on paperwork.
